We really hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return a product to us for any reason you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Please notify customer services on 01516253203 or email
customerservices@plushparties.co.uk prior to returning the goods.
When returning goods please label your package clearly and wrap items securely. Items must be returned in the original packaging, unused, with proof of purchase in a saleable condition.
A refund for the delivery charge will only be given in the unlikely event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items otherwise the delivery cost is down to you. We recommend that you obtain a proof of purchase certificate, which is free of charge from the post office. The goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them.
When we receive your returned goods we will refund you using the original payment method within 14 days. We cannot refund or exchange personalised products unless damaged.
