We normally aim to dispatch all orders by the end of the next working day, but it is up to you to decide how urgently you need the package. We therefore have different delivery options, as well as the chance to pick up directly from us.
Free UK Delivery On Orders Over £75
We are currently offering FREE standard delivery to UK addresses on orders over £75. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class and should ordinarily arrive within one or two working days.
Standard UK Delivery - £3.95
Standard delivery within the UK costs £3.95 irrespective of the weight of the parcel. Orders are sent out by Royal Mail First Class and should arrive within one to two working days.
Next Day UK Delivery - £7.95
We do offer a next-day delivery service for UK addresses only, with orders of in stock items received Monday-Friday before 12pm guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. A guaranteed Saturday delivery service is available on request for an additional £2.00. A signature is required, so if no one is at the specified delivery address when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel will be returned to your local sorting office where it will be held for one week.
European Delivery - £16.00
We are happy to send parcels to addresses anywhere in Europe. These are charged at £16 an order and can take a week to arrive. The price quoted is for packages up to 2kg. If your order weighs more we will be in touch. All European packages are sent via a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
International Delivery - £28.00
We are happy to send parcels to most addresses outside Europe. These are charged at £28.00 an order and can take a week to arrive. The price quoted is for packages up to 2kg. If your order weighs more we will be in touch. All international packages are sent via a tracked service and will reguire a signature on delivery.This price will not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
Pick Up - Free
If you live locally and it is more convenient, you can pick up you order from our offices in West Kirby in the Wirral. Simply select For Collection at the checkout to deduct the delivery charge. Please contact us to arrange a collection time.
